Talk about unstable - DWHS falls every few days

Back when I was an actual customer of the hated DWHS web hosting, I had a LOT of problems with an unbalanced server for my poor site, The Masque. Every three days for a month, I had a problem, in fact! My entire chatroom died because of this instability - no one wants to bother going to a site that likely won't be up anyway.

My site would go down, I’d have an error message of “mySQL database failed!” for who knows how long and would send in a complaint ticket. I’ll post a few of them here. Tell me if you can see a theme:

Yes, you are absolutely right it just the server having load balancing problems. You don't worry about this we are always monitoring the server load. If you have any other problem, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

There was some problem to the server but don't worry about that, now our all servers are stable. We are always monitoring our servers. So don't worry about this and be sure it will not happen again.

Talk about unstable! I would NEVER, EVER recommend this company to someone who actually wanted their website to be up and running 24/7. It just doesn’t happen!

The beginning of the nightmare that is DWHS Webhosting

I own a website. It's a great web site and I love it! I've been through a couple of web hosts. I ADORE my host now, but getting to them was... well... an adventure. Through this blog, I'll take you on a journey from a nightmare. The nightmare of DWHS web hosting.

I've written several journal notes since last March. I'll share them with you - and I'll always include the date.

I'm in the denouement of the adventure now - though I can't imagine that this horrible, unethical company is finished with me. I'm certainly not finished with them.
